The Prince of Fitness’ sports performance training programs provide individualized training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands keeping athletes performing at elite levels throughout the season and all year long.

Our sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sports. We help athletes of all levels build up weaknesses, decrease the risk of injury, and build strength and power. We provide and combine in-person coaching, mobile tools, resourceful data, personal insight, and expert guidance.
