Mindfulness Coaching

Prince Daniels, Jr. has been practicing and sharing his understanding with individuals, groups, and corporate environments for over a decade. He can help you customize a plan that can easily adopt and apply to your day-to-day life. PERSONAL TRAINING

The Prince of Fitness’ personal training program is not your average one-on-one workout with a trainer. It is more of an experience as meditation expert and former professional athlete, Prince Daniels’ Jr., incorporates mind-body principles to enhance balance and focus while achieving fitness goals. He understands that the mind and body function in unison as a complete system and tailors individualized plans based on the unique needs of the client. This safe and effective program will help you surpass traditional fitness results as you will gain greater insight and awareness of yourself and your goals. In addition to physical fitness areas, such as strength building, flexibility, and weight loss, this program helps to address issues including focus, anxiety, depression, and stress reduction.

PERFORMANCE PLANNING

As an athlete’s career evolves, the need to be in optimal health is constant. The Prince of Fitness has competed at the highest level of professional sports and knows what is required to stay at the top of your game. We have worked with professional as well as retired, athletes from around the world to help achieve their specific goals. The Prince of Fitness’ sports performance training programs provide individualized training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands keeping athletes performing at elite levels throughout the season and all year long.

Our sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sports. We help athletes of all levels build up weaknesses, decrease the risk of injury, and build strength and power. We provide and combine in-person coaching, mobile tools, resourceful data, personal insight, and expert guidance.
